Product Notice
• Calm Flower Moon LLC accepts artwork reservations and offers global direct shipping exclusively through X Jiang Studio.
• Every physical artwork with a signature and/or initials via the Pre-order Plan is limited to no more than one edition per year globally.
• Every art print without a signature, initials, or trademark via the Print Plan is limited to no more than twelve editions per year globally.
• During your current Artwork Plan period, you may reserve an extension if the plan is available. A new payment may be requested if you inform us of your extension.
• You may place an order for your Show or Preview Plan extension for up to 360 days at a time with no recurring auto-pay.
• You may place an order for your Pre-order or Print Plan extension for up to 90 days at a time with no recurring auto-pay.
• Every plan seat cannot be transferred to another person, and you may not purchase a plan as a gift for someone else.
• The fee for each plan does not include the full price of the artwork or set, nor does it cover all taxes, shipping, or surcharges. The final price for a single piece or artwork set depends on factors such as materials, storage, hours, edition, mounting, packaging, taxes, tariffs, customs duties, and shipping rates.
• A final amount may be requested when you order an artwork or set through your plan, including taxes and/or shipping rates based on your location, via an official email from Calm Flower Moon LLC or X Jiang Studio.
• For the protection of original physical and digital artwork, all purchased artwork plans and purchased artworks are non-exchangeable.
• The fee for each plan cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of whether you place an order for any artwork during your valid period. Furthermore, this fee cannot be deducted from your artwork purchase.
• The studio's online artworks are non-downloadable editions. They are intended for display on digital devices only and are not intended for printing.
• You may customize an artwork based on your artist's suggestions and the studio’s options through your Pre-order or Print Plan only. However, not all art materials, sizes, and options may be suitable or available for every artwork or set.
• Products purchased from us can be repaired or remade with our confirmation only if you contact the company within 30 days of product delivery. X Jiang Studio's artwork plans do not provide in-person artwork making, installing, maintaining, or repairing services.
• Every artwork, art set, and art information may be updated online, and online passwords will be changed. You will receive updated information by email related to your plans or artworks.
